As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will own the technical and strategic success of a portfolio of assigned customer accounts across the ASEAN region, managing the entire intelligence journey from onboarding through renewal. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary liaison between customers and Recorded Future, translating complex intelligence and security concepts into tangible, measurable business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning account health, adoption, and renewal success across a customer portfolio
- Partnering with customers across ASEAN to define and deliver high-value intelligence-led outcomes using Recorded Future's full platform capabilities, integrations, and services
- Monitoring platform adoption, analyzing usage patterns and integration health to ensure sustained operational success
- Conducting regular executive and technical business reviews, presenting value realization metrics and maturity progression
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to account health, including budget constraints, competitive pressure, and stakeholder turnover
- Identifying growth opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and platform expansion
- Serving as the primary technical liaison with customer SOC, CTI, engineering, GRC, threat hunting, and vulnerability management teams
- Designing and executing strategic customer success and intelligence adoption plans aligned with business priorities
- Leading bespoke intelligence advisory engagements addressing emerging threats, collection priorities, and platform optimization
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, data science, and intelligence teams
- Mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement of advisory methodologies
- Managing multiple complex priorities while maintaining world-class quality and administrative rigor
You will engage at all organizational levels, from SOC analysts to CISOs, and consistently drive successful intelligence outcomes through deep customer understanding, robust stakeholder relationships, and proactive guidance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of consulting or customer-facing experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or cyber advisory roles within enterprise or vendor settings
- Experience across one or more key security domains: intelligence, security operations, vulnerability management, GRC, threat hunting, or incident response
- Excellent understanding of intelligence principles, concepts, frameworks, and tradecraft; intelligence operationalization in operational environments; and situational awareness of the threat landscape
- Technical fluency with intelligence platforms, APIs, data feeds, security integrations (SIEM, TIP, SOAR), SaaS architectures, and data-driven security operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to translate intelligence insights into actionable, measurable business and security outcomes
- Proficiency in communicating complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives
- Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin) preferred
- Proven success in account health management, risk mitigation, retention, and growth
- Experience monitoring adoption metrics, usage trends, and integration performance
- Fundamental understanding of the Intelligence Lifecycle and common security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain)
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computing science, intelligence studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, GCIH preferred
