In this Senior Tax Manager role, you will build and oversee the global corporate tax structure spanning the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, EU, and other regions. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive reviews and analyses of financial statements and tax returns to optimize tax costs, monitoring entities for adherence to tax laws and filing deadlines, and developing policies that promote tax compliance.
You will manage tax cases with regulators, serve as the finance team's representative in tax audits and regulatory matters, and advise on tax implications of both domestic and cross-border transactions. A key part of the role is proposing tax-efficient alternatives for business units, identifying and mitigating tax risks through effective controls, and staying current on tax law changes to strategize organizational responses.
You'll interpret complex tax requirements and procedures while anticipating their business impact, and collaborate cross-functionally with all business units to assess transaction implications and optimize pricing strategies for efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- CPA or CPA-Lawyer with Certificate of Accreditation as a Tax Practitioner (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive tax experience, preferably with Big Four tax firms or large multinational companies
- Demonstrated experience building corporate tax structures
- Recent tax-related experience within the last 12 months
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel management abilities
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
