ICEYE, the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment across its Commercial and Product organizations during a hyper-growth phase. You will own full-cycle recruitment for 8–10 roles spanning sales, programs, delivery, product management, product design, and product operations, reporting to the TA Lead.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of GTM and Product roles, meeting quality and efficiency metrics
- Building data-informed sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill, niche roles in deep tech and defense sectors
- Leveraging AI tools (Ashby ATS and emerging platforms) across sourcing, screening, market mapping, and scheduling to accelerate hiring velocity
- Partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, guiding structured, evidence-based hiring decisions
- Designing and executing assessment processes that mitigate bias and ensure predictive validity
- Maintaining operational rigor across parallel searches, ensuring compliance and candidate experience excellence
- Sharing market insights and best practices to strengthen recruiting capability across the broader TA team
ICEYE operates globally with over 1,000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. The company owns the world's largest SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation, serving defense, intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, and emergency management sectors.
The role is hybrid (3 days/week in office) with locations in Espoo, Warsaw, or Amsterdam. Employment is subject to applicable security screening.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must haves:
- Proven track record recruiting senior commercial and/or product talent for deep tech, hardware, frontier tech, or dual-use companies into niche, hard-to-fill roles
- AI-native recruiting: integrates AI into daily sourcing, screening, and pipeline work; quick to adopt emerging tools
- Creative sourcing and market intelligence: designs and executes data-informed sourcing strategies for niche roles
- Assessment design and bias mitigation: builds structured, evidence-based interview processes ensuring fairness and predictive validity
- Stakeholder partnership and influence: acts as trusted advisor to hiring managers, balancing business needs with talent quality and process integrity
- Operational rigor and prioritization: manages multiple parallel searches efficiently, maintaining process consistency, compliance, and high-quality candidate/hiring team experience
- Collaborative team player: works openly with TA colleagues, shares input generously, supports others, prioritizes collective success
