Culture Amp is the world's leading employee experience platform, serving 25 million employees across 6,000+ companies. You'll join as a Senior Systems Engineer to design, automate, and operate the infrastructure that enables Culture Amp's distributed workforce.
In this hands-on role, you'll own three core pillars:
**Identity & Access Management:** Administer Okta, including identity lifecycle automation, Workflows, SSO, SCIM, access governance, and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
**Endpoint Engineering:** Manage the Jamf Pro platform and Apple device lifecycle, including zero-touch deployment, configuration management, patching, compliance, and fleet health monitoring.
**Workplace Automation:** Build reliable automation using Python, PowerShell, Terraform/CloudFormation, and workflow platforms to reduce manual operations and improve consistency across the SaaS estate.
You'll also operate selected AWS and Meraki services, administer enterprise AI platforms (Glean, Claude for Enterprise, Gemini) with focus on access controls and governance, design monitoring and alerting for critical services, and provide senior escalation support for complex infrastructure incidents.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not a service-desk position. You'll mentor others as you build self-sustaining automation and drive root-cause analysis on incidents.
