Luminai is an AI-powered healthcare operations platform that automates mission-critical workflows across health systems. The company has raised $60M in Series B funding led by Peak XV Partners, with backing from prominent investors including Kevin Weil (OpenAI CPO), Arash Ferdowsi (Dropbox co-founder), and CEOs from Flexport, Notion, Front, Ramp, and Twitch.
As a Senior Support Engineer on the production operations team, you will own the ongoing support and maintenance of customer workflows once they transition from active development into steady-state production. You'll work with large enterprise health systems like Cleveland Clinic, managing complex, mission-critical AI automation deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning ongoing support and maintenance for production workflows post-deployment
- Triaging and resolving escalations, involving engineering only when necessary
- Making small improvements and fixes directly without requiring full rebuilds
- Building deep working knowledge of complex customer environments to prevent knowledge loss during handoffs
- Collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers and product teams to identify patterns and recurring issues
- Communicating clearly with customers on issue status and resolution timelines
You should have a proven track record of owning and resolving technical issues in production environments, solid software engineering fundamentals (ability to read code and make small fixes), strong communication skills, and experience supporting software in customer-facing, mission-critical settings. You'll work independently in an ambitious environment while maintaining close collaboration with engineering teams.
The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule: in-office 4 days per week (Monday-Friday, with Wednesday as optional work-from-home).
