Salary: USD 112,000 - 140,000 / annual
Oura is seeking a Senior Supply Planning Specialist to optimize supply chain execution as the company scales. The Oura Ring is an award-winning wearable health device, and this role is critical to ensuring timely product delivery across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
You will oversee global supply execution, managing inventory allocation across third-party logistics (3PLs) and ensuring optimal availability aligned with financial targets. Key responsibilities include developing and executing channel allocation plans with supply and demand planning teams, monitoring production execution against plan, and proactively identifying and resolving supply issues. You'll coordinate supply strategy for new product introductions (NPIs) and peak execution cycles, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. You will utilize AI tools to build dashboards, increase data visibility, simplify workflows, and track key metrics. You'll manage end-to-end inventory across the supply chain, tracking stock levels, monitoring aging inventory, and mitigating excess and obsolescence risk.
You will work closely with logistics, finance, retail, commercial, and supply chain leadership to align operational plans and support business objectives. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in the San Francisco Bay Area office.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, supply/inventory planning, or logistics; background in consumer electronics or consumer goods; advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with AI tools; and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
