LeoLabs is building a global radar network and AI-enabled analytics platform for space domain awareness, tracking over 25,000 objects in low Earth orbit. The company protects billions in assets, monitors adversarial behavior, and ensures safe operations for commercial and government space missions.
You will lead supply planning and material readiness for advanced radar and sensing systems on the Radar Supply Chain Management team. This role translates engineering demand, program requirements, supplier constraints, and inventory data into actionable supply plans supporting development, production, and deployment timelines.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing supply plans aligned with engineering builds, manufacturing schedules, and customer commitments; analyzing demand forecasts, BOMs, inventory levels, and supplier lead times to identify material gaps and readiness risks; partnering with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to align planning decisions with program priorities; monitoring shortages, supplier constraints, and capacity risks while developing mitigation plans; supporting S&OP and integrated business planning reviews; developing inventory strategies balancing operational readiness, working capital, cost, and shelf-life risk; supporting NPI and production ramp activities; coordinating long-lead and strategic material planning for critical programs; and recommending process improvements to strengthen planning accuracy and supply chain resilience.
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities, creating structure and predictability across a complex supply environment while ensuring teams have clear visibility into material readiness and inventory risk.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field; 7+ years in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Personnel Security Clearance; experience supporting complex hardware, aerospace, defense, electronics, or advanced technology products; strong understanding of inventory management, BOM structures, MRP, and lead-time management; proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze complex planning data and develop mitigation plans; strong organizational and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; and eligibility to obtain ITAR authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
Preferred: Experience with radar, RF, aerospace, defense, satellite, or advanced sensing technology programs; experience supporting government-funded programs and complex contractual delivery requirements.
