Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, supply planning, subcontracts, material flow, inventory, and warehousing operations across Lexington and Waltham locations. This role is critical to executing supply chain strategies that support rapid growth in the defense sector, particularly for imaging products and programs.
Key responsibilities include: driving supply chain planning and optimization through process improvement and KPI monitoring; leading strategic procurement and supplier management with focus on performance, negotiations, and supply continuity; executing technical sourcing and supplier qualification for complex components; identifying and mitigating supply chain risks; and leading, mentoring, and developing a team of supply chain professionals.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a management or team lead role, preferably in aerospace & defense, propulsion, or regulated manufacturing. Required expertise includes procurement, subcontracts, material planning, warehouse/inventory operations, and knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and defense contracting practices. Strong negotiation skills, experience optimizing supply chains during high-growth production ramps, excellent cross-functional communication, and ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret security clearance are essential. Domestic and international travel required.
