As Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager for Indirect spend, you will lead end-to-end sourcing strategy and supplier management across critical indirect categories including Professional Services, Software/SaaS, IT Infrastructure, Facilities, Capital Equipment, and Corporate Services. This is a strategic role in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment, spanning the company's growth from development through production scale-up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning sourcing strategy and execution across assigned indirect spend categories
- Building scalable sourcing frameworks and processes
- Managing supplier performance, negotiations, and relationships
- Driving cost optimization and supply chain efficiency
- Supporting rapid company growth and scaling initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Executive Leadership
The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, commercially strong, operationally minded, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You will partner closely with multiple departments to align sourcing with business objectives and support the company's aggressive growth trajectory in a dynamic aerospace and defense context.
