Coursera (now merged with Udemy) is seeking a Senior Strategic Project Manager to drive execution of the company's most critical strategic initiatives. Reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff, this role owns 1-2 concurrent multi-quarter transformation projects that span 3+ functions and directly impact company metrics and business model.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining sophisticated project management infrastructure (detailed plans, status dashboards, risk tracking, meeting management) for CEO and executive-level priorities. You will coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups to drive alignment on deliverables, ensure clear ownership and accountability, surface and resolve bottlenecks, and maintain momentum toward objectives.
The role also involves building scalable project management capability across the organization through template creation, best practice documentation, knowledge transfer, and process improvement. Success is measured by on-time, high-quality strategic initiative completion; adoption and scaling of templates and tools; and stakeholder satisfaction, especially from the executive team.
