Ashby is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers in the Americas West region (PST/MST time zones). You'll manage complex, concurrent implementation projects for a sophisticated B2B SaaS ATS platform, working directly with strategic customers to ensure successful onboarding and rapid time-to-value.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing detailed implementation plans, coordinating across customer stakeholders and internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations), managing project milestones and deliverables, providing technical guidance on Ashby's configurable workflows and integrations, advising customers on best practices, and driving change management to help customers adapt to new systems.
You'll need extensive experience managing complex B2B SaaS implementations in high-growth environments, strong technical proficiency with configurable platforms and multi-step workflows, deep customer-centricity with ability to build strong relationships, and proven change management expertise. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, active listener, detail-oriented problem-solver, data-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments. You should thrive in customer-facing roles requiring both technical and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable with <10% travel for strategic engagements.
