ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join the Data and Analytics Product team, which focuses on helping enterprise customers connect, understand, and act on their data through workflow solutions and agentic AI capabilities. In this role, you will orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll translate business objectives into execution strategies, organize complex problems into clear milestones and deliverables, and maintain accountability across global teams. Key responsibilities include: **Executive Coordination & Reporting:** - Coordinate Data and Analytics Executive SteerCos and define agendas with cross-functional stakeholders - Establish and enable reporting of key product and business metrics to drive executive decision-making - Prepare executive updates for D&A Leadership and collaborate on Quarterly Product Reviews (QPRs), Product Roadmap Reviews (PRRs), and annual strategy sessions - Establish governance frameworks and lead executive-level meetings, serving as the primary source of leadership, transparency, and visibility **Go-to-Market Execution:** - Define and execute go-to-market readiness plans for new and existing products - Proactively identify and manage program-level go-to-market issues and resolve critical path challenges - Maintain NPI Team process governance, enforcing standards, templates, and compliance across product lines - Develop and drive Data and Analytics Product Advisory Council (PAC) activities **Core Program Management:** - Lead cross-functional programs aligned with business goals to achieve strategic outcomes - Convert business objectives into execution strategies and lead implementation - Establish regular cadences and ensure accountability; provide ongoing status reports on objectives, risks, and results - Identify and mitigate risks; execute change management for effective process adoption - Develop necessary processes, templates, and materials - Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights - Leverage AI to enhance program efficiency, decision-making, communication, and risk management You'll work in a fast-moving, matrix environment where you guide without direct authority, influence across organizational boundaries, and keep the big picture in focus while supporting execution of strategic initiatives. **Requirements:** - Minimum 10 years of technical program management experience on a global scale, with at least 3 years running large go-to-market and product delivery programs - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Enterprise software/SaaS industry domain expertise with ability to understand complex technology problems (preferred) - Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal, and other go-to-market teams - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex business and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to communicate crisply at executive level - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and efficiently context switch among initiatives - Strong collaboration and influence skills; ability to work effectively in diverse, fast-paced, matrix environments and guide without direct authority - Excellent facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives; ability to communicate concisely and accurately with team members and senior leadership (VP/SVP level) - Process-driven mindset with propensity to create and employ repeatable processes for efficiency - Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
