Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-first data centers and high-performance AI cloud services. As the first program management hire within the Customer Experience organization, you will own critical operational programs and drive execution across customer-facing initiatives.
You will run the CX operating rhythm, including OKR programs, meeting cadences, and change management across the organization. You'll support leadership with decision-ready materials for quarterly business reviews and offsites, tracking action items to completion and running cross-functional special projects end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include establishing oversight for customer programs (onboarding, offboarding, maintenance windows, incident debriefs, new deployments), maintaining visibility into every critical CX timeline, and surfacing risks before they become misses. You will own delivery of AI tooling built within CX, managing timelines and accountability for landing triage agents, AI-assisted reliability engineering, and support automation releases. You'll also coordinate launch readiness across CX, including enablement, customer communications, and go/no-go calls for new product releases.
This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Head of Customer Operations. You'll operate autonomously, design durable operational frameworks from scratch, and build AI-driven workflows using modern tools like Claude, Workato, and Salesforce. You combine data from disparate sources into actionable conclusions and validate numbers before they reach executives. The role requires comfort with shifting priorities, high agency, and a bias for action—you'll prototype automations and build dashboards yourself rather than coordinate through others.
