The Senior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building, owning, and executing sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. This is a strategic procurement role that manages the complete end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for corporate services categories
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle from spend analysis through supplier performance management
- Partner with corporate leaders to deliver measurable value, mitigate risk, and build the right supplier relationships to support company growth
- Conduct detailed spend analysis and develop category strategies with quantifiable cost savings targets
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement operations

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in category management or procurement with a focus on indirect/corporate services
- Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
- Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional stakeholder partnership skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
- Deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)
