As Senior Solutions & Implementation Manager, you will design and deliver scalable, high-performance technical solutions for enterprise clients while engaging with C-level executives. You'll act as the primary project and client-facing representative, leading implementations from concept through deployment. Your responsibilities include:
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications, solution blueprints, and designs aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, creating innovative and cost-effective solutions for new and existing clients
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle from initial concept and design through testing and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
• Evaluate complex business, technical, security, reporting, and legal/regulatory requirements; assess feasibility and collaborate with internal and partner teams to translate into functional requirements
• Document solutions thoroughly, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), custom design flowcharts, and comprehensive project knowledge bases
• Conduct solution reviews and performance optimizations to ensure integrity, quality, and maintainability
• Serve as trusted technical advisor during pre-sales meetings and throughout implementation for both external and internal stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, Data, and other teams to ensure client success on high-profile projects

REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with proven track record designing and delivering complex technical solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive, strategic thinker with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and technologies; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, and similar tools
• Strong business acumen with basic comfort regarding commercials and contracts
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities; ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions
• Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
• Fintech background strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel as needed
