As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build and maintain full-stack features behind NeuroFlow's behavioral health technology platform. You will work with your team to translate goals into technical plans, design and build full-stack features and services within your team's domain, and own the services you develop. Your responsibilities include: • Turn team goals into technical plans, then design and build full-stack features and services within your team's domain • Choose the methods, tools, and evaluation criteria for your own work, and walk your team through the tradeoffs • Spot technical risks and blockers early and propose fixes before they slow down delivery • Own the prioritization of your assigned work and bring it to your manager for approval • Contribute to architecture and design discussions for your team's services • Work with product, QA, and adjacent engineering teams to ship features in your team's domain • Mentor junior engineers through code review, pairing, and hands-on technical guidance • Improve testing, tooling, and engineering practices on the services you own As a HIPAA-compliant organization, you will be expected to act in accordance with NeuroFlow's Information Security Policies, protect organizational assets, report security events, execute security processes, and take responsibility for security of the organization. REQUIREMENTS: • Typically 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development • Strong object-oriented programming skills in C#, solid TypeScript, and hands-on experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+ • Proficiency with a modern front-end framework such as Angular, React, or Vue • Experience with relational databases, REST APIs, and cloud platforms • Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions • Understanding of healthcare compliance and security best practices is a plus
