Salary: USD 128,842 - 232,200 / annual

The Email team is responsible for building and maintaining core infrastructure that delivers billions of personalized emails monthly to customers' end users, along with processing all associated reporting data. In this role, you will join a team working on a highly parallelized platform for personalizing and sending emails at massive scale. You'll contribute to REST APIs for managing and tracking user subscriptions, web pages enabling end-users to self-manage preferences, and dashboards for configuring customer email domains. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with teammates to build new features, improve performance, and provide guidance on key architectural decisions. You'll have the opportunity to tackle significant engineering challenges, such as architecting new iterations of critical components and optimizing systems for resilience as they scale. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of full-stack development experience - Experienced technical leader - Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms - Self-starter with great communication and organizational skills - Experience working in team environments BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Professional experience building software at scale - Professional experience with Ruby, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript - Experience with MongoDB or Postgres - Experience with Ruby on Rails or React - Experience with agile processes
