Salary: USD 131,000 - 170,000 / annual
OneStream is a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform serving large enterprises with mission-critical financial and operational workloads. The platform operates at enterprise scale across highly regulated industries, built on a sophisticated technology stack including distributed multi-threaded services, OLAP and multidimensional data models, modern web frameworks, SQL-based persistence, and cloud-native SaaS architecture on Microsoft Azure.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver complex features and services within OneStream solutions. You own features end-to-end—from requirements translation and technical design through implementation, validation, deployment, and ongoing production support. You lead implementation efforts for moderately to highly complex features, ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop complex software features and services, driving technical design discussions and contributing to architectural decisions aligned with platform standards
- Build and maintain user interface solutions using modern frameworks (Angular, React, Blazor, WPF)
- Design and evolve APIs, SDKs, and extensibility mechanisms for internal teams and partners
- Ensure JSON and XML data contracts, schemas, and integrations are well-designed, documented, and backward compatible
- Lead and participate in formal code reviews as a trusted reviewer and approver
- Mentor Software Engineers through guidance on design, coding standards, and best practices
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and developer productivity
- Contribute to CI/CD improvements, automation, testing strategies, and engineering quality initiatives
- Partner with peers to diagnose and resolve production issues
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development while critically evaluating outputs for correctness, security, and architectural alignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 4–10 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET
- Experience building user interfaces with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, Blazor, WPF)
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and service-oriented architectures
- Strong experience designing, maintaining, and evolving JSON contracts in enterprise applications
- Experience with performance tuning, memory management, and SQL query optimization
- Strong experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience reviewing unit tests and ensuring adequate test coverage
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building extensible platforms, frameworks, or SDKs
- Familiarity with SaaS architectures, distributed systems, or multi-tenant applications
- Experience with deployment automation and DevOps practices
- Domain experience in financial systems, EPM, or CPM solutions
- Azure experience and/or relevant Azure certifications
