Trebellar is an AI-native platform for corporate real estate that helps enterprise CRE teams consolidate fragmented lease, space, and occupancy data into a unified decision-making system. The company is backed by Blossom Capital and founded by experienced operators, building category-defining infrastructure for one of the largest and least-modernized categories of enterprise spend.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own substantial portions of the technical problems you solve. While you may specialize in a particular layer of the stack, you are expected to have familiarity across technologies and programming languages—from database to browser and everything in between. You will understand the customer problems you're solving and proactively contribute beyond just writing code.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include data ingestion and transformation, database optimization, API design, and web development. You will design and implement LLM flows that go beyond prompt engineering, working heavily with AI and large language models. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to prioritize and deliver new features and address customer requests. You'll interact with all stakeholders across the company and with customers, and you'll learn the corporate real estate domain (prior experience in this space is not required).
This is a small, fast-moving startup where your ownership is visible and your impact compounds quickly. You'll receive competitive compensation plus employee stock options, giving you a genuine ownership stake in an early-stage business.
