Adyen is seeking an experienced Senior Social Impact Program Manager to lead and evolve its nonprofit partnership strategy. This role oversees Adyen's global nonprofit ecosystem, building scalable approaches to nonprofit engagement across grants, community programs, and the Adyen Giving product. Key responsibilities include: Nonprofit Partnership Strategy: Lead Adyen's global nonprofit portfolio, including strategic partners, grantees, and the Goodstack partnership. Develop and execute a scalable nonprofit partnership strategy aligned with Adyen's impact priorities and business objectives. Identify, evaluate, and cultivate high-impact partnerships that create measurable outcomes for communities, customers, and employees. Own the Goodstack partnership, defining priorities, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering with internal stakeholders on nonprofit onboarding, verification, and the Community Impact platform. Emergency Response Strategy: Develop a cohesive emergency response strategy across product, grants, and community programs, enabling Adyen to respond quickly and effectively to crises while investing in prevention and resilience. Bring nonprofit and humanitarian expertise into product, program, and strategic decisions across Impact teams. Grants Portfolio Optimization: Standardize and continuously improve the nonprofit experience across Adyen's customer-led, employee-led, and Adyen-led grant programs. Strengthen grant processes, governance, and scalability to enable effective partnerships and impact delivery. Ecosystem Engagement & Insights: Stay informed on trends in corporate impact, humanitarian response, and nonprofit sector opportunities. Represent Adyen with nonprofit leaders, customers, and in external forums. Identify emerging opportunities to strengthen Adyen's impact offering. Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience with at least 3-5 years in a corporate impact team, corporate foundation, family office, or managing corporate partnerships within a nonprofit organization. Strategic thinker who translates complex challenges into scalable solutions. Strong commercial mindset identifying opportunities that create value for nonprofits, customers, and Adyen. Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and drives solutions independently. Experience managing strategic partnerships and engaging senior internal and external stakeholders. Collaborative partner and mentor who supports the growth of others. Passionate about building partnerships that drive meaningful social change.
