NeuroFlow is a behavioral health platform that integrates mental health care into the broader healthcare ecosystem. The company works with healthcare organizations to identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter decisions. NeuroFlow has been recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the World's Top HealthTech Companies of 2025 and is backed by investors including HLM Venture Partners, SEMCAP Health, Concord Health Partners, Builders VC, and Dreamit.
As Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will own how reliable NeuroFlow's production systems are and how the organization measures reliability. You will set Service Level Objectives (SLOs), lead incident response, build tooling that enables teams to ship and experiment safely, and maintain infrastructure security and compliance across AWS, Azure, and on-premises data centers.
Key responsibilities include:
**Reliability & Incident Response:**
- Define SLOs and SLIs with stakeholders across engineering and business, back them with error budgets, and use them to inform shipping decisions
- Run and improve the SaaS monitoring, alerting, and logging stack (Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, or similar) to meet compliance requirements and catch problems before customers do
- Participate in on-call for production incidents and help engineers resolve customer issues
- Lead blameless postmortems; when failures recur, find root causes and fix them permanently
- Identify manual, repetitive work that consumes engineering time, measure its cost, and automate it away
- Create automation and documentation that survives ownership changes
**Platform & Infrastructure:**
- Own the design, build, and maintenance of core infrastructure that enables NeuroFlow engineers to test and ship product changes quickly and safely
- Set priorities for reliability and platform work, bring them to your manager for approval, and adjust as business needs shift
- Weigh risk against impact on high-visibility systems; roll out improvements in measurable, reversible steps
- Make build-vs-buy decisions; keep engineering focused on differentiating technology and recommend proven tools for the rest
As a HIPAA-compliant organization, NeuroFlow expects all team members to act in accordance with Information Security Policies, protect organizational assets, report security events, execute security processes, and take responsibility for security in their role.
