Hudl is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join its London office. The company builds video analysis and performance software for coaches and athletes worldwide, helping teams at all levels capture, analyze, and share game footage and data.
In this role, you will coach agile teams and organizational systems toward high autonomy while addressing broader design challenges such as cross-business-unit friction, dependency management, and scaling patterns. Rather than enforcing rigid frameworks, you will architect outcomes by designing information flows and decision rhythms that enable teams to deliver value. You will use predictive delivery intelligence and cross-team dependency mapping to anticipate and resolve impediments before they surface, maintaining coordination momentum as delivery pace accelerates.
You will foster psychological safety by creating environments where candor is safe, failure is treated as learning data, and conflict is constructive—particularly important as teams navigate AI-assisted development. You will also align stakeholders and design for visibility by mapping value streams, identifying decision bottlenecks, and establishing cross-business-unit communication layers that keep stakeholders informed without creating overhead.
The role is hybrid, with expectation of more in-office than remote days. You will coordinate your specific schedule with your team while maintaining regular in-office collaboration. The company offers flexible vacation, company-wide holidays, meeting-free timeout days, and remote work options. You will have autonomy to own your work and try new ideas, with strong support for career growth and professional development. Hudl has been recognized as one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum three or more years of experience as a Scrum Master, with demonstrated ability to guide squads to improved, sustainable results and scale coaching capacity to influence broader organizational maturity
- Systems thinking: ability to see beyond squad level, identify and break down siloed organizational designs to reduce friction and eliminate duplicated efforts across business units
- Data-driven and predictive mindset: proficiency with both qualitative and quantitative signals to establish predictive metrics that forecast delivery risk and guide investment decisions
- Clear communication skills: ability to design lightweight operating guardrails and information flows that keep dependencies transparent and align stakeholders at every level without creating overhead
- Champion of responsible speed: optimization for quality, anticipated dependencies, commitments kept, and team sustainability, ensuring code generation pace does not outpace coordination speed
**Nice-to-haves:**
- AI fluency and experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI-powered agile tools (automated bottleneck detection, real-time sentiment and health monitoring)
- Familiarity with multiple agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc.) and ability to blend them for better outcomes
- Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones and cultures
