Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The Scaled Customer Success team owns onboarding, activation, and growth of self-service customers, with a focus on building out the international customer success motion.
In this role, you will become an expert in Ramp's full suite of integration and configuration options, driving efficient and complete onboarding of new customers at scale. You'll directly own a portfolio of micro-SMB and SMB accounts (100+ customers), ensuring they can fully onboard within 60 days and fewer than 2 calls. You'll balance multiple priorities including implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach while maintaining industry-leading satisfaction rates.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Product to surface customer feedback and pain points, identifying opportunities to automate and scale the onboarding process, and helping define Ramp's scaled customer implementation motion as an early team member.
You'll need minimum 3 years of B2B sales, customer success, or product operations experience, with exceptional project management and communication skills. A proven track record managing high-volume books of business (100+ customers) and meeting weekly/monthly KPIs is essential. You should anticipate customer needs and position product solutions accordingly.
Nice-to-haves include experience with accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage), accounting background (CPA), or financial services sales experience. Experience at high-growth startups is valued.
