You will join the Salesforce and Go-To-Market team as a Senior Salesforce Functional, playing a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining functional and technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your work will directly support Go-To-Market operations, user experience, and integration needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing requirements and collaborating on the design of functional and/or technical Salesforce solutions
- Implementing functional and/or technical Salesforce solutions using appropriate programmatic and configuration-based tools
- Conducting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to meet requirements and edge cases
- Ensuring smooth deployment and releases into production systems
- Identifying areas for system maintenance and improvement
- Supporting business-as-usual use of the live Salesforce implementation through support queries, training, and user feedback
You will work closely with Go-To-Market leadership, the Go-to-Market Ecosystem Team, and the sales team to streamline lead-to-sale processes, improve user adoption, and deliver scalable solutions that drive sales performance. REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
- Comprehensive experience using Salesforce automation and declarative configuration tools (flows, approvals, validation rules)
- Ability to develop functional solutions using Salesforce automation and declarative configuration tools
- Salesforce Administrator certification (minimum)
- Hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting
Beneficial:
- Experience using Apex (classes, triggers, test methods), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL
- Additional certifications: Platform App Builder, Data Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Platform Developer
- Experience working within organizations operating in international markets
- Experience across an entire tech stack beyond Salesforce
- Implementation of telephony tooling for inbound or outbound teams
- Experience with Salesforce products outside Sales and Service Clouds (e.g., Salesforce Maps)
