Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 / annual
Claroty is seeking a Senior GTM Salesforce Business Analyst to lead end-to-end ownership of go-to-market processes and systems for the rapidly expanding Public Sector practice. You will serve as the US-based anchor for the global Business Applications team, acting as the critical bridge between GTM stakeholders (RevOps, Marketing Operations, etc.) and technology execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Partnership & Alignment: Partner with executive and senior-level stakeholders to define and align technology strategy with GTM business goals.
- End-to-End Solution Ownership: Conduct deep-dive discovery, translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions.
- System & Process Optimization: Analyze current-state processes, recommend future-state improvements, and identify cross-topic dependencies for seamless GTM operations.
- Salesforce Expertise & Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration and system enhancements including Flows, Case Management, Knowledge, and Experience Sites while ensuring Salesforce best practices compliance.
- Change Management & Adoption: Lead change management efforts including global release planning, executive communication, and training/adoption measurement strategies.
- Technology Roadmap Influence: Influence cross-functional roadmaps based on strategic business value and stay current with Salesforce releases.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive hands-on Salesforce experience
- Deep focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality and architecture
- Proven ability to configure Salesforce Flows, Automation, Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Articles, and Experience Sites
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem integrations (data management tools, iPaaS solutions, AppExchange solutions)
- Business systems analysis experience with enterprise applications (Clari, Gainsight, Marketing Automation, CPQ)
- Solid understanding of Federal sales cycles, contract structures, multi-year deal modeling, Base + Option Years, and Federal ARR/TCV calculations
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant), experience with MSP contracts and vendor relationships, and background in high-growth tech environments.
