Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 / annual
Garner Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join its RevOps team, reporting to the VP of RevOps. This is a critical, high-visibility role supporting Garner's mission to transform the healthcare economy by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using data-driven insights.
In this role, you will design, build, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce solutions including flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, page layouts, permission sets, and integrations with GTM tools. You'll serve as the primary support contact for all Revenue team tickets and bug reports, resolving issues quickly and transparently. You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable system designs.
Key responsibilities include owning Salesforce data quality through deduplication, enrichment, imports, and regular audits; administering users, roles, profiles, and security; managing change through sandboxes and controlled releases; building reports and dashboards for pipeline and performance visibility; and evaluating and implementing AI capabilities across Salesforce and the GTM stack as the company transitions to an AI-native model. You'll also document system architecture and train Revenue users on new functionality.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience at a high-growth B2B company, with Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus). You should have deep fluency with declarative tools, hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with modern GTM stacks, and a track record of translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable designs. A strong service orientation, genuine enthusiasm for AI, and experience with AI tools like Claude are valued. You should thrive in a high-performing, mission-driven environment with intense urgency and strong accountability.
