The Stepstone Group, a leading global online job platform, is seeking a Senior Sales Research Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across sales and marketing operations. In this key role, you will independently analyze lead and B2B data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for marketing, sales, and product teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting independent analysis of lead and B2B data to uncover growth and efficiency potential
- Proactively advancing lead-management processes across the entire B2B customer journey through strategic initiatives
- Serving as the primary point of contact for operational sales steering, reporting, and lead KPIs, establishing consistent data understanding and data-driven decision-making across stakeholders
- Developing and optimizing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure lead effectiveness and conversion
- Taking a driving role in lead-management initiatives through rigorous data analysis
- Presenting complex findings in clear, compelling ways to cross-functional teams
You will work closely with international sales, marketing, and product teams, with visibility and influence across EMEA operations. The role offers flexibility, a collaborative modern work environment, and opportunities for personal and professional growth within a scaling global organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Intelligence, Lead Management, or similar analytically-focused, sales-adjacent roles
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw strategic conclusions from data
- Proactive, self-directed work style; you identify and drive initiatives rather than waiting for direction
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive presentations
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and database queries
