Salary: CAD 128,100 - 178,100 / annual
Docker is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join its Revenue Operations team, supporting the Sales and GTM functions at a globally distributed, remote-first company. Docker is a leading developer tools platform trusted by 20+ million monthly users, providing containerization and deployment infrastructure that is increasingly critical as AI agents reshape software development workflows.
In this role, you will serve as the primary support point for Docker's field teams through a ticketing system, managing the day-to-day operational needs of the sales organization. Key responsibilities include owning the field ticketing system as first-line support, managing end-of-month and end-of-quarter financial planning and analysis (FP&A) updates, and overseeing user management across the tech stack. You will lead onboarding and offboarding for field and GTM teams, maintain internal documentation standards, and ensure data hygiene across Salesforce by reviewing new accounts, leads, and contacts for accuracy and deduplication.
You will also optimize Salesforce configurations including page layouts, field definitions, validations, and workflows for accounts, leads, and contacts. The role involves scoping, testing, and rolling out new system processes, supporting FY planning activities, and handling ad hoc requests from Sales Ops and GTM Ops teams. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations.
Ideal candidates are startup builders with 2+ years of Sales Operations experience at high-growth SaaS companies. You should have solid hands-on knowledge of Salesforce objects, strong communication skills, and technical comfort with Google Suite. Experience with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or AI-assisted workflow tools is valued. Docker is remote-first with offices in Seattle and Paris; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
