The Stepstone Group, a leading global online job platform, is seeking a Senior Sales Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing operations.
In this role, you will independently analyze lead and B2B data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations to marketing, sales, and product teams. You will serve as the strategic driver for lead-management process improvements across the entire B2B customer journey, taking a proactive leadership role in lead-management initiatives supported by rigorous data analysis.
You will be the central point of contact for operational sales steering, reporting, and lead KPIs, working to establish consistent data understanding and data-driven decision-making across all relevant stakeholders. You will develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure and improve lead effectiveness and conversion rates.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in commercial analytics, sales intelligence, lead management, or similar analytically-focused, sales-adjacent roles
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw correct strategic conclusions from data
- Proactive, self-driven work style; you take initiative rather than waiting for direction
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling presentations
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and database queries
