Intuit is seeking a Senior Risk Operations Process Excellence Consultant to drive operational transformation within its Fintech Risk Operations organization. This role is a strategic driver for process infrastructure, responsible for architecting, managing, and optimizing workflows that power risk operations teams across Underwriting, Fraud, Compliance, and AML reviews.
Key responsibilities include:
• Architect and redesign end-to-end Risk Operations workflows to ensure scalability, compliance, and efficiency using Lean Six Sigma principles
• Own the complete process lifecycle—designing, mapping, and executing new frameworks using Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and variance
• Champion process roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership, providing data-driven insights on operational impact
• Support multi-quarter cross-functional initiatives, bridging technical and business requirements
• Partner across the organization to identify, quantify, and prioritize business friction points and develop high-quality solutions
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset using DMAIC frameworks to refine operations beyond initial targets
• Develop compelling, data-backed business cases justifying infrastructure investments and illustrating long-term benefits
Required qualifications:
• 5+ years leading operational or process excellence projects, preferably in fintech
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of how process infrastructure interacts with Risk/Fraud tools and systems
• Strategic vision to align Risk Operational Excellence initiatives with corporate strategy
• Exceptional change management and leadership skills to navigate prioritization shifts
• Executive presence with masterful verbal, written, and presentation skills
