Alan is a prevention-focused insurance company integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a unified user experience. The company serves 1M+ members across 40K+ partner companies and has reached €800M+ in ARR. You'll join the Business Strategy & Operations team, specifically the Sales Effectiveness sub-team, which drives critical initiatives across Sales, Product, and Finance. This team is responsible for optimizing customer acquisition cost and sales organization performance across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. In this role, you'll own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end: from strategy and design through execution and adoption. You'll work across the full sales organization—Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success—identifying gaps in sales processes and designing smarter, more automated workflows. Recent examples of impact include automating slide deck generation (saving 1,000+ hours annually) and building an AI-powered outbound system achieving 15% discovery rates. You'll spend meaningful time in the field, then design solutions using a modern stack: low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase. A significant portion of the role involves change management—shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating until changes stick. You'll evaluate new tools, run tests, and scale what works. The role offers real ownership without hand-holding, a builder's mindset environment, and access to cutting-edge technology to ship at scale. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness roles - Strong ownership and project management skills; comfortable running initiatives independently - Builder mindset with hands-on orientation - Proven change management experience (shadowing, training, adoption measurement, iteration) - At least intermediate SQL query reading skills; autonomous query writing is a plus - Proven hands-on experience with low-code tools and integrations (Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) - Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach (not just awareness or admin-level) - Ability to build and maintain pipelines producing actionable, business-impacting insights - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Full working proficiency in French and advanced English - Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
