Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across 40K+ companies, with €800M+ ARR. The company integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a unified user experience and operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. You'll join the Business Strategy & Operations team, specifically the Sales Effectiveness sub-team, which drives critical initiatives across the sales organization. This team focuses on optimizing customer acquisition cost and sales performance across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. In this role, you'll own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end: from strategy and design through execution, adoption, and change management. You'll work across the full sales organization—Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success—identifying gaps in sales processes and designing smarter, more automated workflows. You'll spend time in the field observing real sales operations, then design solutions that eliminate unnecessary steps and increase automation. You'll work primarily with low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and other technologies as needed. Recent examples of impact include automating slide deck generation (saving 1,000+ hours annually) and building an AI-powered outbound system achieving 15% discovery rates. A significant part of the role involves change management: shadowing teams, training, measuring adoption, and iterating until changes stick. You'll have real ownership—not just delivery—and access to a modern tech stack to ship at scale. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness roles - Strong ownership and project management skills; comfortable running initiatives independently - Builder mindset with hands-on approach - Proven change management experience (shadowing, training, adoption measurement, iteration) - At least intermediate SQL query reading skills; autonomous query writing and ownership is a plus - Proven hands-on experience with low-code tools and integrations (Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) - Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach (not just awareness or admin-level) - Ability to build and maintain pipelines producing actionable, business-impacting insights - Excellent verbal and written communication - Full working proficiency in French and advanced English - Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
