You'll join the Business Strategy & Operations team, specifically the Sales Effectiveness division, which drives critical initiatives across the sales organization. This team sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, directly impacting customer acquisition cost and sales performance across multiple geographies.
In this role, you'll own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end: from strategy and design through execution, adoption, and change management. You'll work across the full sales organization—Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success—identifying process gaps and designing smarter, more automated workflows. Recent examples include automating slide deck generation (saving 1,000+ hours annually) and building an AI-powered outbound system achieving 15% discovery rates.
You'll leverage a modern tech stack including low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, SQL, and Metabase. A significant portion of your time involves field work, shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating until changes stick. You'll evaluate new tools, run pilots, and scale what works.
Required: 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness roles; strong project management and ownership; hands-on builder mindset; intermediate SQL proficiency (autonomous query writing preferred); proven low-code tool experience; direct Salesforce and/or Outreach expertise; ability to build actionable insight pipelines; excellent communication; fluent French and advanced English; based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona.
