Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 / annual

Magazine's Best Workplaces of 2025. As Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will build and run the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure powering the sales and success teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role partnering closely with leadership to keep the GTM engine data-driven, predictable, and operationally efficient. Key responsibilities include: - Build and maintain end-to-end revenue reporting, forecasting, and bottoms-up pipeline/capacity models - Administer and continuously improve the GTM tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, and adjacent tools) - Maintain KPIs and dashboards supporting leadership decisions and frontline accountability - Support Finance and Revenue leadership on quota-setting, compensation administration, and territory execution - Improve lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and funnel visibility across the Revenue organization - Run deal desk reviews within Finance and CEO constraints - Partner with Success and Marketing on dashboards, hand-off processes, and systems/ROI reporting - Identify operational gaps and drive fixes that remove friction for reps and managers You bring 5+ years of revenue, sales, or GTM operations experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup. You have hands-on CRM and sales tech expertise (Salesforce strongly preferred), a track record of building or significantly improving reporting and operational processes, and strong analytical skills with spreadsheets/SQL. You're a detail-oriented cross-functional collaborator comfortable owning ambiguous, fast-moving work. Nice-to-haves include comp plan/territory model administration experience, Medicare or regulated industry exposure, and experience supporting both field and inside sales organizations.
