Tulip Interfaces is an AI-native software company transforming manufacturing with cutting-edge technology. Recently valued at $1.3B (January 2026), the company is growing double-digit revenue year-over-year and serves the world's leading manufacturers. This Senior Revenue Operations Manager role is a strategic, high-leverage position focused on architecting and optimizing the Sales organization's Go-To-Market engine. You will own the data architecture and strategic planning that powers Sales, using data and AI to ensure the team targets the right accounts at the right price with maximum efficiency. This is not a dashboard-building role—you are the architect of the entire Sales engine's structural integrity. Key responsibilities include defining the "Golden Record" ICP and using AI/data to carve territories for optimal rep productivity; evaluating and piloting AI tools for pipeline prioritization and lead conversion prediction; partnering with Finance and Product on pricing optimization and packaging redesigns; redesigning funnel stages and data requirements for high-fidelity forecasting; building scenario models to support leadership's fiscal planning; and identifying and eliminating process bottlenecks across legal, lead response, and other functions. You will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing Ops, Finance, Sales Enablement, GTMO, and the executive team. You are expected to actively use AI tools in your analytical workflow—AI-assisted SQL/Python coding, LLM-assisted synthesis, and AI-powered executive communication drafting are genuine differentiators for this role. Required qualifications: 8–10+ years in Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting within B2B SaaS; proven track record redesigning Salesforce data structures, lead routing logic, and attribution models; experience evaluating or deploying AI for Sales (predictive lead scoring, territory carving, automated prospecting); expert SQL and Excel/Sheets skills; deep experience with Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; advanced Salesforce knowledge; experience leading TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, pricing & packaging redesigns, and sales incentive planning; Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred). The role is hybrid, based in Somerville, MA, with 3+ days per week in office. Tulip is headquartered in Somerville with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Japan, and Israel.
