Establish rules of engagement for lead ownership, nurture policies, and routing logic. - Lead AI-native GTM tool assessments: evaluate emerging solutions, build and test AI-native workflows and agents, and implement approved tools. - Build and maintain the GTM analytics layer: create pipeline and win rate analysis by AE, segment, and period; develop real-time revenue dashboards with ARR and deal metrics; support WBR and QBR data preparation. - Maintain lead scoring models and SDR list management: support capacity modeling and partner with marketing ops on lead enrichment and routing SLAs. - Partner on sales coaching: maintain call transcription and rubric scoring systems, surface coaching insights for managers. - Own territory design and maintenance: model geographic coverage, define account carving and pod structure, and align territories with growth plans as the AE team scales from 10 to 30+. - Manage Salesforce administration: configure fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and process automation. Maintain data integrity across HubSpot, Savvy CRM, PandaDoc, BigQuery, and Zapier. Required qualifications: 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at high-growth tech companies; proven ability to partner with sales teams and drive adoption; hands-on Salesforce expertise (flows, validation rules, field architecture); strong analytical skills; territory design experience; excellent communication. Nice-to-have: AI tools or workflow automation experience in GTM; familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, or similar tools; wealth management or financial services background.
