You will be the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst for Island's International (EMEA/APAC) Go-To-Market organization, reporting directly to the Head of International Revenue Strategy & Operations as their first hire. This is a high-ownership role at the ground floor of building out the International GTM function.
Key responsibilities span three core areas:
**Revenue Operations Across the Funnel**: Own pipeline generation-to-close reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Drive adoption of GTM processes and tools tailored to international market dynamics. Support renewal and expansion motions to protect and grow net revenue retention.
**Deal Strategy & Deal Desk**: Partner with International Sales on deal structuring, non-standard terms, pricing, and approval workflows. Own the Deal Desk function, reviewing quotes, enforcing bookings policy, and serving as the escalation point for complex cross-border deals. Advise on discounting, ramps, co-terms, and multi-entity/multi-currency deal construction with Finance and Legal.
**Planning & Analytics**: Lead International forecasting cadence and drive forecast accuracy. Build and maintain executive-level KPIs and dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy, retention, and productivity. Translate multi-region data into actionable insights for leadership. Partner on territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
**Regional Build-Out**: Support QBRs, International office planning and stand-up, and cross-functional projects as the region scales.
The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the Reading, UK office, typically Mondays.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or GTM Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally with international/multi-region exposure
- 2+ years of Deal Desk experience (deal structuring, pricing, discounting, approval workflows)
- 2+ years of cross-functional partnership experience (Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, Legal) and influencing senior stakeholders
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, AI (revenue intelligence and forecasting), and reporting/BI tools
- Currently authorized to work in England on a full-time basis without sponsorship requirements
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience scaling RevOps in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills with ability to translate data into clear insights
- Background operating in a global or multi-region SaaS technology company
- Comfort wearing multiple hats and taking on projects outside traditional RevOps scope
