As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll be embedded in the Revenue Operations Team, reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager. You'll serve as the first point of contact and escalation for the Sales and Client Management teams, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary escalation point for workflow issues, exceptions, and edge cases; owning the intake and execution of ad-hoc data requests and rapid-response analysis to support leadership decision-making; partnering with GTM Systems & Data to maintain data integrity in Salesforce and the GTM stack through regular hygiene tasks; assisting Revenue Operations Managers in designing and documenting new processes with detailed workflow logic; maintaining and updating recurring performance dashboards for revenue team visibility; and refining key performance metrics to measure commercial organization performance.
You'll need 1+ year in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, OR 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy roles (startup experience is a plus). A business or STEM undergraduate degree is required. You should be highly comfortable with data analysis, naturally curious about the "why" behind numbers, and skilled at troubleshooting complex workflows. You thrive in fast-paced environments with high volumes of ad-hoc requests while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into plain language are essential.
