FlixBus is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across the Benelux region from the Amsterdam office. This role owns regional partnerships with bus operators and service providers, acting as the primary operational contact and driving performance improvements. You will lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on vehicle quality, driver standards, partner support, and service delivery. The position involves analyzing KPIs and performance data to identify optimization opportunities, negotiating with partners on compliance and quality upgrades, and working closely with HQ, tech, and local teams to ensure seamless operations. Field engagement is central to the role—you'll visit stations regularly, gather real-world feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, ideally with background in bus or passenger transportation. You must be fluent in English and Dutch, with French as a strong plus. Key competencies include analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and a hands-on, field-oriented approach. A valid driving license and willingness to travel across the Benelux are required.
