iCapital is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead QA efforts in Jaipur. This role manages a team of 2-3 Quality Analysts and oversees all testing activities for client implementations in the financial services space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a QA team while coordinating all testing efforts across assigned projects
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA metrics to ensure adequate coverage and minimize defects
- Executing functional, regression, integration, and system testing using both manual and automated approaches
- Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Katalon, Playwright, or Selenium (Java)
- Integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Git branching strategies
- Leveraging AI-powered testing tools to improve test design, data generation, and defect analysis
- Managing code and data migrations across testing and production environments
- Monitoring defect tracking systems and collaborating with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Supporting external clients through testing cycles with detailed release notes and issue triage
- Providing training to client teams on systems and testing best practices
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new QA resources
The role requires 5+ years of software testing experience, expert understanding of SDLC, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Life insurance and annuities domain knowledge is preferred.
Work arrangement: In-office four days per week with one day remote flexibility (Fridays).
