Unbox Robotics is a deep-tech robotics company building space-efficient warehouse sorting systems. The UnboxSort platform enables e-commerce, retail, and 3PL operators to sort at 3–5× the throughput of conventional systems in a fraction of the floor space. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Pune, the company operates across 20+ sites in 9 countries and is Series B funded. As a Senior Procurement Executive – Indirect Sourcing, you will manage procurement across indirect spend categories (IT equipment, software, office supplies, logistics, marketing services, facilities, and business services). You'll identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; lead RFQs, RFPs, and vendor evaluations; and conduct bid analysis and commercial negotiations. You'll prepare techno-commercial comparisons and recommend sourcing options while ensuring timely procurement aligned with business requirements. You will build and maintain strong supplier relationships, manage contracts and SLAs, monitor vendor performance against KPIs, and resolve vendor issues. You'll partner with HR, IT, Finance, Admin, Marketing, and Operations to understand procurement requirements, provide status updates, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. You'll identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize spend, support procurement best practices, and generate spend analysis reports for management. Required qualifications include strong negotiation and commercial acumen, experience in category management and strategic sourcing, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Microsoft Excel proficiency, contract management knowledge, and familiarity with ERP and procurement tools (SAP or similar). You should be able to manage multiple procurement categories simultaneously. Preferred experience includes exposure to multiple indirect procurement categories (IT, Facilities, Marketing, Logistics, Corporate Services), background in manufacturing, engineering, robotics, or technology organizations, procurement analytics knowledge, and supplier performance management experience. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related field (procurement or supply chain certification is advantageous). You need 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain functions, with indirect procurement category management preferred.
