Outreach is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the execution of security questionnaires (DDQs, SIG, CAIQ, VSAQ) and formal buyer requests—comprising roughly 85% of the role's workload. You will also support RFPs and RFIs that enable the Go-To-Market and deal teams to win business. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Solution Consulting, positioned within the Solution Consulting function.
You will be the trusted point person for deal teams, transforming complex, multi-stakeholder requests into clear, compliant, timely, and compelling responses. The role requires deep expertise in security and compliance frameworks, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with Security, Privacy, Product & Engineering, Legal, and Sales to gather accurate answers, maintain current response content, and manage the full proposal lifecycle from intake through submission.
Beyond day-to-day execution, you will evaluate and recommend tooling solutions (such as RFx management platforms) to accelerate the response process and improve scalability as deal volume increases. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements while maintaining stakeholder alignment across the organization.
