Buena is building the technology platform that powers the real estate management industry in Germany. The company acquires property management firms across the country and transforms them into technology-driven operations. In three years, Buena has become Germany's second-largest property management company.
In this role, you will support Buena's property management offices across Germany, working on-site to streamline operations, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure teams can work independently and effectively. You will combine hands-on operational support with technology enablement, helping teams adopt and master the Buena App in their daily workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct operational support to property management teams, identifying capacity constraints, and helping clear backlogs both before and after migration to the Buena App
- Establishing clear accountability and functional processes with teams that persist beyond your engagement
- Becoming a software expert: training teams on the Buena App through their real-world tasks and troubleshooting adoption challenges
- Monitoring on-site quality, identifying issues early, and guiding their resolution
- Translating field insights and pain points back to the product team to inform app development
You will work 3–4 days per week on-site at various property management offices throughout Germany, with flexibility to base yourself in Berlin.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of hands-on experience in property management operations; ability to manage day-to-day workflows independently
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize quickly, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Clear communicator who builds trust quickly and can motivate teams with varying experience levels to adopt new workflows
- Tech-savvy; able to learn new software quickly and explain its benefits to others in accessible terms
- Fluent German
- Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week to property management offices across Germany
