Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, trusted by global hotel chains, resorts, and casinos. The Senior Project Manager, Technical Services role is a strategic individual contributor position responsible for orchestrating Duetto's most complex global implementations and migrations across EMEA. You will act as the central project owner and trusted advisor for mid-sized-to-enterprise customers, serving as a strategic bridge across time zones while managing overlapping multi-property engagements.
Key responsibilities include orchestrating strategic project delivery across concurrent implementation and migration engagements with portfolio-level planning; directing end-to-end deployment of enterprise and highly complex customer projects from kickoff through go-live; establishing and maintaining relationships with senior client leadership, including navigating difficult conversations; anticipating, documenting, and escalating project risks for timely mitigation; standardizing workflows and best practices to support scalable delivery; architecting cross-timezone coverage strategy to absorb strategic planning and decision-making gaps; and mentoring and developing project management capability across regional teams.
You should have 6-8 years of project management experience, ideally delivering revenue management or adjacent platform implementations (PMS, CRS). Hands-on revenue management experience is essential—you understand RM as both art and science, not just theory. You're fluent with project management platforms (monday.com preferred) and can scale them for large, complex multi-stakeholder projects. You have an AI-forward working style, actively using AI as a force multiplier while applying human judgment to validate outputs and maintain data integrity. You've demonstrated experience owning executive-level conversations with client stakeholders and can work independently across overlapping time zones with schedule flexibility to overlap US Pacific Time. French and/or Spanish fluency is a plus.
