Rubrik Professional Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level customer implementations across Europe. You will own end-to-end delivery of high-stakes client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realization, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will drive impact through hands-on delivery excellence and practice enablement. Key responsibilities include leading concurrent enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off, managing scope and milestones, establishing clear success criteria, and tracking deliverables within fast-paced environments. You will proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve technical dependencies autonomously, and serve as the single point of contact for customer executives and cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Customer Support, Sales).
You will also partner with PS leadership to build and refine PMO governance frameworks, including standard operating procedures, project methodologies, and KPIs. You'll flag bottlenecks, recommend operational improvements, and help establish best practices for resource allocation, utilization tracking, and project health reporting across the PS portfolio.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of direct project management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within Professional Services or Consulting. You must have a track record managing complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in technology environments, with demonstrated ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, high-pressure situations. Expert knowledge of modern project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace is essential, along with fluent English and exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications; technical background in Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Protection, or Cybersecurity; financial acumen regarding PS metrics; and additional European language skills.
