Rubrik Professional Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level customer implementations across Europe. You will own end-to-end delivery of high-stakes client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for customer executives, internal cross-functional teams, and third-party partners.
Key responsibilities include driving complex concurrent projects from kickoff to sign-off, establishing clear success criteria and managing scope, milestones, resources, and budgets. You will proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve technical dependencies autonomously, and execute quality control to ensure deliverables exceed Rubrik standards and customer objectives.
Beyond hands-on delivery, you will partner with PS leadership to build and refine PMO governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and KPIs. You will flag operational bottlenecks, recommend efficiency improvements, and help establish best practices for resource allocation, utilization tracking, and portfolio health reporting.
Required: 8+ years of direct project management experience delivering customer-facing enterprise technical projects in Professional Services or Consulting. Proven track record managing complex, high-visibility engagements concurrently in fast-paced tech environments. Experience with Financial Services, Government, or Healthcare customers preferred. Expert knowledge of modern PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace. Fluent English, exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work autonomously with strong judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations.
Desirable: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP), or Lean certifications. Technical background in Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Protection, Enterprise Storage, Cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery. Financial acumen in PS metrics (revenue recognition, margin, utilization, profitability). Additional European language skills. PMO governance experience.
