Rubrik Professional Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level customer implementations and shape the delivery practice. You will own high-stakes client engagements end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, business value realization, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off; establishing clear success criteria, tracking deliverables, managing resources, and ensuring execution adheres to deadlines and budgets. You will proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies, resolving issues autonomously before escalation. Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Customer Support, Sales), and third-party partners. Execute quality control throughout project lifecycles to ensure deliverables meet or exceed Rubrik standards and customer business objectives.
You will partner with PS leadership to help build, refine, and maintain the PMO governance framework, including standard operating procedures, project methodologies, and KPIs. Flag bottlenecks and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction. Assist in establishing best practices for engagements, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and project health reporting across the PS portfolio.
Required: 8+ years of direct project management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within Professional Services or Consulting; experience managing customers from Financial Services, Government, Healthcare industries; track record managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in fast-paced technology environments; ability to work autonomously with strong judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations; expert knowledge of modern project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace; fluent written and spoken French and English; exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Desirable: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP), or Lean credentials; technical background in Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Protection, Enterprise Storage, Cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery; financial acumen regarding professional services metrics; PMO governance experience.
