Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 / annual

You will join the Client Success team as Senior Project Manager, Implementation, owning complex software implementations from kickoff through go-live. You'll serve as the primary bridge between internal teams (Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, Support) and external clients, ensuring successful, on-time launches on 6–12 week timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 10–20 concurrent software implementation projects, balancing multi-system integrations with standard deliveries
- Drive full-lifecycle project management: kickoff, client communication, risk mitigation, team accountability, and go-live execution
- Configure client applications using no-code flow builders and conduct rigorous QA testing
- Prepare annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions prior to release
- Scale implementation operations by developing SOPs, creating integrated template project plans, and optimizing internal tools and discovery processes
- Coach and mentor Associate and Project Manager-level team members
Required Experience:
- 4–6 years managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations, with expertise in multi-product rollouts and complex, multi-system integrations
- Proven track record building standard SOPs and project templates that streamlined implementation lifecycles
- Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products
Nice to Have:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- MLR/PRC regulatory submission and annotation experience in pharma or life sciences
- Healthcare technology or marketing agency background
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior project managers
