Veeva Systems is a public benefit corporation and industry-leading SaaS provider serving life sciences companies. Ostro is a specialized division within Veeva focused on AI-powered brand engagement for healthcare. This Senior Project Manager role sits within the Client Success team and owns the full lifecycle of complex software implementations from kickoff through go-live. You will manage a portfolio of 10–20 concurrent projects, each running on fast-paced 6–12 week timelines. Key responsibilities include driving clear client communication, proactive risk mitigation, and cross-functional team accountability to ensure on-time launches. You'll configure client applications using no-code flow builders, conduct rigorous quality assurance testing, and prepare regulatory annotations for MLR/PRC submissions prior to release. Cross-functional coordination is central to the role: you'll work closely with Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support teams. You'll also scale implementation operations by developing standard operating procedures, creating integrated template project plans, and continuously optimizing internal tools and discovery processes. Mentoring and coaching Associate and Project Manager-level team members is an expected part of the role. Required experience includes 4–6 years managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations with expertise in multi-product rollouts and complex, multi-system integrations. You should have a track record of building standard SOPs and project templates that improved implementation lifecycles, plus hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products. Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP certification, experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions in pharma or life sciences, healthcare technology background, or prior mentoring experience. Veeva offers flexible PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement programs, and a 1% charitable giving program. The company operates on a Work Anywhere model supporting both remote and in-office flexibility.
