Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 / annual
Ostro, a specialized AI-driven business division within Veeva Systems, is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Implementation to lead complex software implementations for life sciences companies. You will own the full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, managing a portfolio of 10–20 concurrent implementations with timelines of 6–12 weeks. Your responsibilities include driving clear client communication, proactive risk mitigation, and team accountability to maintain strict delivery schedules.
You will configure client applications using no-code flow builders, conduct rigorous quality assurance testing, and prepare annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions. Cross-functional coordination with Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support teams is essential to ensure seamless delivery. You will also scale implementation operations by developing standard operating procedures, creating integrated template project plans, and optimizing internal tools and discovery processes.
Coaching and mentoring Associate and Project Manager-level team members is a key part of this role, fostering professional growth and team efficiency. This position requires 4–6 years of experience managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations, with expertise in multi-product rollouts and complex, multi-system integrations. You should have a track record of building standard SOPs and project templates that streamline implementation lifecycles, plus hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products.
Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP certification, experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions in pharma or life sciences, a background in healthcare technology or marketing agencies, and prior experience mentoring junior project managers.
